4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Buying Watches

• Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the watches we sell. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your total invoice amount.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.

6. Selling and Trading Watches

• Evaluation: Watches submitted for sale or trade will be evaluated by our experts. We reserve the right to refuse any watch for any reason.

• Offers: Offers made for your watch are valid for a limited time as specified in the offer. If you accept our offer, you agree to transfer ownership of the watch to us.

• Payment: Payment for watches sold to us will be made via the method agreed upon during the transaction process.

7. Shipping

Your order will be processed and shipped based on your payment method once settled funds, a signed invoice, and a copy of your ID are received. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx overnight or 2 Day, fully insured at no cost to you. Wire transfers must be confirmed by 2:00 PM PST for same-day shipping. Credit card payments ship two business days after settlement, to your nearest FedEx Shipment center. A copy of your driver's license is required for pickup. FedEx deliveries will not be made on weekends or holidays. International shipping is available for an extra fee and must be paid by wire.

8. Warranty and Repairs

• Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects. 

• The warranty does not cover damages from scratches, wear and tear, water damage beyond the watch’s limits, or accidental abuse. Warranty repairs must be handled by Watch The Legacy; unauthorized repairs void the warranty. 

• Repairs: We offer repair services for watches purchased from us. Please contact our customer service for more details.

• If your watch has a defect within one year, send it back to us for repair by our professional watchmakers. Serious defects may require returning to the original manufacturer, taking a minimum of 8-12 weeks (or longer if parts are back-ordered).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

The watch manufacturers and trademark owners listed on our site, along with their subsidiaries, are not obliged to provide warranty service for watches sold by Watch The Legacy.
