2. Can You Source A Specific Watch For Me?

For sure! We are proud to be part of an exclusive network of the world’s top watch dealers. If the watch you desire is not currently in stock, we would be delighted to source it for you. Typically, we can fulfill orders within one to two weeks.

3. How Do I Sell My Watch?

Please complete the form under the “Sell & Trade” page. We will review your submission and follow up with you promptly.

4. Do You Accept Trades?

Trades are always considered for major brands. Kindly complete the “Sell & Trade-In” form so we can evaluate the details of your trade.

5. What Types of Payment Do You Accept?

We prefer wire transfers and Zelle, but we are in the process of accepting all major forms of payment, including credit, debit, cryptocurrency, and Affirm financing. Please check with us at the time of your inquiry to confirm credit card acceptance. Note that credit card transactions incur a 4% processing fee, cryptocurrency payments have a 3.5% fee, and Affirm financing comes with a 6.5% fee.

6. Do You Offer Financing?

We are currently working on offering financing through Affirm for an extra 6.5%. Please confirm status with us first.

7. Do you offer a warranty on your watches?

Yes, we provide a one-year warranty on the movement of all our watches as long as the damage isn’t caused by negligence or user error.

8. Are the watches on your website authentic?

Yes, all the watches we sell are 100% authentic. We source our watches from reputable dealers and ensure their authenticity before listing them on our website.
